That’s where I come in!

I specialize in customizing personalized programs for every individual, based on your specific goals, what motivates you to move and how you like to do it. Your history, DNA, biochemistry and daily responsibilities will affect your training and results differently than anyone you know. You can’t compare yourself to others. I truly believe one size does not fit all.

1-on-1 Training

Making health and fitness lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming. This is especially true when you feel you are on the journey alone. When it comes to achieving your goals and becoming the best version of you, one-on-one training with me will give you the support, accountability, knowledge and encouragement to accomplish your goals and beyond. I take the time to get to know you, what motivates you, inspires you, engages you and keeps you curious, because a program that is not enjoyable is not sustainable. My one-size-does-not-fit-all approach to fitness will provide you with a personalized program focusing on strength, power, endurance, cardio, functional strength, mobility, mindfulness and laughter. When you love what you do, magic happens!

Small Group Session (2-4 People)

Sharing your training session with a friend or family member is a great option for those who seek personalized attention and programming, but also thrive in a group dynamic and feed off the energy of others. With the extra support, accountability and perhaps a little friendly competition, you and your workout partners will accomplish goals together. It’s a great opportunity to motivate and be motivated, to inspire and be inspired and grow stronger individually as well as a team. Each session will be unique and challenging. My goal in each workout is to leave you feeling empowered, accomplished, energized, and with the confidence that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to - in life as well as in the gym.

Large Group Fitness Classes

I lead a dynamic, high energy one-hour class that focuses on cardio endurance and bodyweight strengthening that is both challenging and fun. I am available for pop-up classes in studios, schools, corporate wellness seminars and other special events. I’ll provide a memorable experience that will leave participants feeling high with accomplishment, buzzing with energy, and dripping with sweat!

Corporate Fitness

Studies have shown that healthier employees are more productive and happier employees. A corporate wellness program designed to increase energy and decrease stress could be just the thing to strengthen bodies, minds, and team morale. Whether you are looking for a group fitness class for a specific event, add some squats and burpees to spice up the quarterly meeting, or are interested in taking a longer-term approach to company health and wellness, I will work with you to create the best plan that will set employees up with the tools for lifestyle changes and long-term success.


ON TOUR

Whether you are a touring musician, performer, or a traveling business professional, it can be a challenge to find balance living life on the road. Hectic schedules, changing time zones, airline and bus travel all can affect your health. As country singer Carrie Underwood's touring personal trainer, I understand the importance of making health and fitness a priority. Quality sleep, stress management, nutrition and training all play a part in optimizing performance on stage or in the boardroom. My priority is to keep my clients healthy, energized, and injury-free, so that meeting the demands of a hectic travel schedule become effortless. With my years of experience on the road, I pride myself on creating effective daily programs that can be done anywhere and everywhere. I have trained in the fitness center of hundreds of hotels. I am familiar with arenas and venues all over the country. I have also had the chance to explore countless cities to find the best local training facilities, group fitness classes, hiking trails, and public parks. No matter if we train in a hotel gym, dressing room, office, or outdoors, I will be there 100% to support your goals. I will provide you with a consistent training plan, nutritional counseling, active rest, and self-care, and you will have all the tools you need to be at the top of your game, no matter where your path takes you!


ON SET

As a member of Screen Actor's Guild, and with my experience as a working actor, I understand that remaining healthy and maintaining a fit physique is part of the job. Long days on set, ever-changing schedules, hours of preparation and memorization are very demanding on the body. As your personal trainer on set, you will have the reassurance of knowing that workouts never have to be missed. You will also have the flexibility to train whenever schedule allows. Whether the focus is on building muscle, getting lean, or staying flexible and mobile with yoga, I will create a plan that supports your individual goals. I'm aware that shoot days can be long, challenging and require a lot of energy and stamina. I take care to provide the most efficient programming with that in mind. We will work hard, and we will work smart. You will not leave feeling exhausted and depleted. Training will provide the physical results you want, as well as improved energy and focus to be at your best for the rest of the day.
